He had been fascinated by airplanes since he could remember. The dream he had when he was only seven years old began to come true already at the age of 15, when he founded the company Oki Airways in his father's name in 1993. At the age of 22, he received the representation of the Slovenian national airline company Adria Airways for Montenegro and thus became the youngest man at the head of an airline company in the region. Born in Podgorica, he was educated in Montenegro and Italy. The education he received did not help him much in his work, but he was lucky, that in his youth, he socialized with experienced people from the world of aviation and business, whose knowledge and experience he passionately "absorbed" and later, along with his childhood enthusiasm and love for airplanes, applied both in business and in his relationship with people. The trust that is not instilled by youth, but by experience, Orhan Hodžić made up for in the first years of work with his diligent attitude towards work. He stands firmly behind his word and his promises. And that is the way it has been for almost three decades, for as long as the company, founded on April 28, 1993, which marks his personal jubilee of aviation work, has been operating. He spends a lot of his time in the air and on long flights, he finds himself working in the environment of the passenger cabin, as he would in his office. Even after all the years of working in aviation, his love for the job never waned. It is his main motivator and the driver behind all his decisions. For him, the first association with the word airplane is "first love – the one that is unforgettable."

Working at the company, he earned many awards: manager of the year, best agency, memberships in many associations and boards. He has been at the head of the Association of Travel Agencies of Montenegro as the president since February 2015.

It is particularly important to point out that in 2022 and 2023 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Montenegrin national airline Air Montenegro. Through his work and rich experience, he made a significant contribution to the improvement of work and further development of the company.
